The name Ties refers to the psicological “ties” we build that may not let us flow as unique and authentic individuals. I tried to explain this emotion through a very organic painting. I used materials that would allow me to emphasize tension. I included hemp strings, wood canvas, natual burlap, and both oils and acrylics. I guess this collection was a zoom of the my previous Crossroads one.

Ties abstract paintings collection (some of which are being temporarily exhibited in a Barcelona´s lawyers office) is composed of 8 abstract drawings on paper plus 13 acrylic, oil and mixed media paintings on different surfaces: wood, cotton and burlap.
