Lleva haciendo fotos y “grandes” viajes desde 1993. Es sensible, muy sensible,

aunque sus zapatos ingleses y trajes a medida disimulen esa sensibilidad.

Viajar se ha convertido en uno de los motores de su vida, aunque en la de aquí es banquero ..

Me dice “si pudiéramos viajar desde niños, este mundo sería un lugar todavía mejor donde vivir, pues seríamos conscientes de las distintas realidades del mundo y afrontaríamos de otra forma conflictos abiertos desde hace años”.

Sus hijas, Carla y Sofia, viajan con él y su mujer. Con ello pretenden ayudarlas a crecer con una mente abierta, tolerante y reflexiba.  “Viajar les hace incrementar su capacidad de observación y curiosidad, y les hace más sensibles a percibir cosas sencillas que las enriquecerá como personas”.

La cámara le enseña a mirar de un modo distinto, y le ayuda a plasmar, y de qué forma, sensaciones que no podría transmitir con sus palabras.

Y para acabar me dice  “Ojalá algún día participemos en alguna exposición conjunta”. Y yo digo, que anda que eso no sería inaudito en 2 excompañeros de banca privada.

pd: ha sido muy difícil escojer estas fotos de entre tantas tan maravillosas. Por eso te recomiendo una serena visión de todas ellas.

He takes pictures and makes “big” trips since 1993. He is sensitive, very sensitive, though his English shoes and clothes may disguise that sensitivity.

Travelling has become one of the engines of his life, although in the one he lifes here he is a banker.

He says “if we could travel since childhood, this world would be even better , because we would be aware of the realities of the world and face differently open conflict for years.”

His daughters, Carla and Sofia, travel with him and his wife. “Our aim is to help them grow with an open, reflexive and tolerant mind. Travel makes them increase their powers of observation and curiosity, and makes them more sensitive to perceive things that will enrich them .

The camera teaches him to look differently, and helps him to shape, and in what way, feelings that he could not convey with his words.

To finish he says “I hope one day we participate in a joint exhibition.”  Let me add that doing so would be unprecedented for 2 ex private banking partners.
